Abstract:—With Tillandsia densispicata, another new species from the T. ermitae alliance is described, which, like the recently introduced species T. yanacensis and T. champaraensis, originates from the steep slopes of the northernmost peak of the Cordillera Blanca, the Nevado Champará in the Dpto. of Ancash.
