Distribution: Mexico: Puebla

Habitat: terrestrially or saxicolous in tropical deciduous forests, 850-900 m. Elev.

Etymology: The specific epithet refers to the small size of the fruits, shorter than 5 mm

Phenology: Plants bloom from June to July.
