Habitat: in 'gibber' areas or in stony ground, among grasses, in exposed places in the sun.
Etymology: The name of this new species honours Juliana Salomoni, daughter of Julio F. Salomoni, owner of Fazenda Serrito Maneador, where the species was found
Phenology: It flowers in November and December, fruiting in January and February.
