OBSERVATIONS. P. condorensis grows on moss and lichen covered vertical walls along the Nangaritza River canyons. After flowering, it grows new shoots from the base by means of short stolons, forming dense groups. The size of the plants varies depending on the humidity around them. The plants near waterfalls are larger than the ones growing in drier areas. —SeeManzanares 2005
