• OBSERVATIONS. This species has a limited range of distribution, with only one population studied between Nono and Tandayapa. The first collection made by Luer et al. in 1982 was identified as P. alborubra, which is found in Antioquia, Colombia. Since its first collection, it has not been found again in Colombia. —See Manzanares 2005
