Abstract:—In late 2020 I approached my Facebook friend, Roberto Michieli, about sharing his incredible photo collection of “tillandsias on wires”, as a sequel to the recent expose by Bruce Holst in JBS 69(3) – Airplant Aerialists on the High Wire. I am delighted Roberto agreed to share his photos, but first a short introduction of his background in bromeliads and love of tillandsias.
