Abstract:—Tillandsia aeranthos is quite variable in size, caulescence, bract and petal coloration, but the form shown here is an exceptional plant. It is a very small leaved form with rosettes of 6-8 cm in diameter, that grows very well, producing several offsets after flowering and easily forms clusters. It is flowering easily and abundant with nice pinkish-red bracts and dark blue petals. Not as dark as it can be for the species, but nice it is.
