Abstract:—In the first part of the travel report (Boeker 2018) I had reported about the beginning of our vacation in Colombia. We had started in Bogotá, where however, as regards bromeliads, we had little success. Except for Tillandsia pastensis we were unable to discover any bromeliads in natural locations. After our move to Fusagasugá it was exactly the opposite: bromeliads galore in Franz Gruber’s nursery. He had invited us to Colombia to visit him in his paradise. The second part of this travel report is devoted to the bromeliads which we were able to find in nature.
