A Colorful New Species of Hohenbergia from Bahia, Brazil

Abstract:—The authors describe and illustrate Hohenbergia lemei H. Luther & K. Norton as a new species of Bromeliaceae from the Atlantic Forest of Bahia. The morphological relationship of the new taxon is also discussed, being related to the size and shape of the leaves, inflorescence shape, and floral bract size.
