Four new lithophytic Vriesea species (Tillandsioideae) from Southeastern Brazil

Abstract:—The authors describe four new lithophytic species of Bromeliaceae from Southeastern Brazil in the genus Vriesea: Vriesea harrylutheri Leme & G. Brown, V. fontellana Leme & G. Brown, V. croceana Leme & G. Brown, and V. gastiniana Leme & G. Brown. The new species are also illustrated and compared to morphologically related taxa.
