Cryptanthus microglazioui I.Ramirez[as Cryptanthus microglazioui I. Ramirez]

Observations: —This species belongs in the subgenus Hoplocryptanthus. It is closely related t.o Cryptanthus pseudoglazioui, from which it differs by having shorter and narrower leaves, larger spines, straight, not undulate margins, fewer-flowered fascicles, fewer ovules, and sweetly fragrant flowers with larger petals.
the only information known about the species is that is from Espirito Santo state.
