- Identification (6353): Walter Till (2011-02-01) =Neoregelia cf. wurdackii
- Prepare a complete herbarium specimen, otherwise identification will be hard if not impossibl

- As far as I know this is a smaller species as N.wurdackii and often less colorful (red) in the hard and variable.
Up till now Neoregelia eleutheropetala is not known from Cuzco, but from: Amazonas, Chachapoyas, Loreto, Alto Amazonas. (Sent: brom-l@science.uu.nl) - Identification (6354): Matthias Asmuss (2011-02-02) =Neoregelia leviana

and N. wurdackii (Sent: brom-l@science.uu.nl) - Identification (6352): HEL (2011-02-02) =N. leviana
- Size and coloration in line with N. leviana.
Generally the next size up from N. stolonifera, smaller tham N. myrmecophila. (Sent: brom-l@science.uu.nl)
