6320 - Bromeliads (Wild) - 2011-01-13 (Dimension: 2030 x 1550 pixels - Counter: 17616) Tillandsia truncata Locality: Peru - Cuzco - Manu National Park - 1500m Photographer: Steven Heathcote Note: These plants match very well with Tillandsia truncata, although they have different colour bracts and the 'yellow' one has sterile bracts at the base of the branches. Is this within the limits of variation of T. truncata? They are growing in the same location, often within meters of each other.
