Encyclopaedia of Bromeliads

De eerste versie van de Encyclopaedia of Bromeliads is geïnitieerd van uit onze vereniging, door een samenwerking van Eric & Kees Gouda en Hugo Claessen. Aanvankelijk was het idee ontstaan bij de reeds overleden Leo Wijfels om gezamelijk een CD te maken over het hagedissen geslacht Anolis, maar al snel werd besloten om dit te gaan doen voor de planten familie Bromeliaceae. In 2005 werd de eerste versie gepresenteerd aan onze leden.

The first version of the Encyclopaedia of Bromeliads was initiated from this society members, by Eric & Kees Gouda en Hugo Claessen. At first the idea came from the late Leo Wijfels, who wanted to start such a project for the lizard genus Anolis, but soon we concluded to continue and cover the whole family of Bromeliaceae. In 2005 the first version was presented to our members.
