Distribution: BRAZIL. Minas Gerais

Habitat: terrestrially on iron outcrops of the Campos Rupestres, ca 1300 m. Elev.

Etymology: The name of Dyckia incana is a reference to its leaf blades densely covered by coarse cinereous trichomes.
