Habitat: Dry granite rocks

Etymology: Inflorescence with a longer flowering period usually simultaneously with flowering and fruit, with a slower flowering of single flowers at the axes from below upwards, in contrast to most of the other dyckias of this group, where the entire inflorescence comes into flower.
