Distribution: BRAZIL; Rio de Janeiro,

Habitat: Plant epiphytic, probably endemic to a restricted corridor in the southeast portion of the Atlantic Pluvial Forest.

Phenology: There is little information on the phenology of this variety, only known through cultivated specimens that flowered in the months of September and October.
