Errata for article: The History of the Genus Mezobromelia and a New Combination for this Genus.

Abstract:—An error has been printed on page 94, for the type herbarium specimen references, it should have been: Cuatrecasas, J. 23875 (holotype COL!, US photo/fragment). A correction is needed for the herbarium reference of the type, which is cited in the protologue (and on the sheet of the type photo) by Lyman B. Smith to be located at Herbario Universidad Nacional de Colombia (VALLE), but actually the type is at Herbario Nacional Colombiano (COL), which is obvious comparing the specimen at COL and the type photo at US. The names of the herbaria are at least confusing.
