Abstract:—As I was told by a Facebook friend, little is known about bromeliads in Honduras. Since I live near the Atlantic coast of Honduras in Sonaguera in the department of Colón – between Trujillo and La Ceiba –, about 50 km to the coast, I would like to give a little insight into the Tillandsia and Bromeliad world here. Sonaguera is located at 90 m above sea level.
