Erratum for a variety of Vriesea splendens

Abstract:—In my article on a new variety of Vriesea splendens in the Journal of The Bromeliad Society (Oliva-Esteve 2001) published as Vriesea splendens var . chlorostychya Oliva-Esteve var. nova, the collector and herbarium number of the type specimen was not mentioned, as required by the St. Louis Code of Botanical Nomenclature [ICBN Art. 37.6, nom. inval. or no explicit specimen stated (Art. 37.3, Note 1)]. For that reason I am now correcting the omission, and an orthographical error, with this new note
